First, what is the BS 8577? It’s a framework that sets out best practice for embedding an effective operational management system and support into a financial planning and advice business. The overall aim of the framework is to improve standards and give customers confidence to seek the support they need.
It’s not a quick accreditation to achieve. In fact, it’s a standard we’ve been working towards for two years. It’s involved our processes being reviewed and meetings being observed, ensuring that we deliver a consistently high-quality service to each and every one of our clients.
